Put Rush Limbaugh on the Slow Boat to Costa Rica

Rush Limbaugh has promised us that he will move to Costa Rica if national health care reform passes this year. This, however, is unacceptable. We demand that Rush Limbaugh's emigration not be contingent upon health care reform.Forcibly deporting Limbaugh would, in itself, contribute mightily to the decrease of healthcare costs in the United States. The sudden availability of domestically produced pain killers that Limbaugh was no longer snarfing as if they were Skittles would lower their price dramatically. Also, the national Skittle supply would double overnight.We the undersigned hereby petition the American government to put Rush Limbaugh on a slow boat, either a dingy or a raft would be acceptable, and kick him in the direction of Costa Rica, preferably through shark-infested waters.
